The CADAVERS on Myspace!
Our debut release here is a great 7” by THE CADAVERS. For those unaware, THE CADAVERS were a band from Sonoma in the early-mid 90’s that re-formed into a band that currently goes by the name THE BODIES. 3 of the 4 members of THE BODIES were in THE CADAVERS (including singer ABE) and it is very apparent in their sound. These songs were taken off of a limited (100 copies) demo tape that the band released themselves. Most of the tapes got destroyed when ABE left them in the trunk of his car and most of them melted. This is half of the songs from that tape. The songs are VERY similar in sound to THE BODIES, with the only difference being that they are a little faster and have female back-up vocals (compliments of singer ABES girlfriend). 3 great songs that are a must have for any fan of THE BODIES. It sounds like lost BODIES tracks!!!

Recently Radio Records released the remaining 3 songs from the 6 song demo tape on 7" format. There are still 5 more songs left from that studio session and about 20 or so demo/live tracks from The CADAVERS. Also The CADAVERS were featured on Hostage Records "CUTS" cd compilation with one song.
